On August 8, 2025, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) conducted its third Express Entry draw of the week, issuing 2,500 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) for permanent residency.
This draw, focused on candidates with French language proficiency, required a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 481.
Canada targets to admit 29,325 Francophone permanent residents in 2025, increasing to 31,350 in 2026 and 31,500 in 2027 outside Quebec.
